Raw Athletics Competes in Sixth Annual Pace Pitch Competition
NEW YORK, December 3, 2009 – Pace University held their sixth annual Pace Pitch Contest today at the Schimmel Center on their Manhattan campus. Following the keynote address delivered by Iqbal Quadir, professor at MIT and successful entrepreneur, ten student-run start-up companies pitched their businesses to a panel of six notable judges. The ten teams were divided into two group. Five teams were competing for best New Business Concept and five were competing for best Social Venture.
Finalists Chosen for the Sixth Annual Pace Pitch Contest
NEW YORK, October 2009 – Pace University’s Sixth Annual Pace Pitch Competition and it’s judges chosen ten finalists to compete in December for over $50,000 in prizes. Of all student-run businesses nationwide, Raw Athletics and it’s founder Stephen Steinberg were chosen to compete.

COLLEGE PARK, MD, October 2009 – Raw Athletics recently won it’s second round of financing from The Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship after placing second in the October 2009 Pitch Dingman competition. Raw Athletics was also awarded the “Audience Choice Award” of $250 for being voted as the audience’s favorite business.
